Top to bottom home inspections that begin with the exterior of the home. This includes the roof surface, the gutters, the chimney, the ventilation system, the electrical service entrance, the plumbing stack, the swamp cooler and any other components located on the roof. Our next step is to inspect the exterior of the home, evaluating both specific and general conditions such as siding, irrigation systems, structure integrity and more. Inside the house we address such things as the structure, the heating and cooling systems, the electrical and plumbing systems, the interior finishes, the insulation and ventilation, and accessories such as fireplaces, disposals and stoves. The inspection is comprehensive from the basement to the attic and everything in-between. Home inspection reports are available in an easy to navigate digital format and include videos. Reports will describe the major home systems, their crucial components and their operability, noting any particular conditions that are dangerous and/or in need of repair. The report ensures that any important issues are not missed by potential homeowners. Recommendations made may be for specific actions to be taken or for further evaluation. Payments can be collected in person at the time of service or online prior to services via a link sent to the buyer's email.
