We conduct radon testing with a 48 hour test duration and immediate results. We interpret results to help you fully understand the condition of your home. Our inspectors are Radon Measurement Specialists and certified through the National Radon Safety Board. Radon is a naturally occurring invisible, odorless gas that comes from the natural radioactive breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water. Radon decays into radioactive particles that, when inhaled, can damage the DNA in sensitive lung cells. The damaged cells can become cancerous. Every year in the U.S., over 20,000 people die from lung cancer caused by radon. 50% of Colorado homes have high radon. Protect yourself and your family by finding out if radon is present at dangerous levels in your new home. Payments can be collected in person at the time of service or online prior to services via a link sent to the buyer's email.
